Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at lp.cajazeirascleaning.com, contacting us, or using any of our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. Cajazeira's Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Services

Cajazeira's Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the North Shore Massachusetts area, including but not limited to:

• House Cleaning (standard, recurring, and one-time)
• Deep Cleaning Services
• Move In / Move Out Cleaning
• Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
• Grout and Floor Cleaning
• Couch and Furniture Cleaning
• Commercial Office Cleaning

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Section 03

SMS Program — Text Messaging Terms

Description of our SMS program and messaging use cases: Cajazeira's Cleaning Services operates an SMS messaging program through which we send the following categories of text messages to customers who have opted in:

• Appointment reminders — automated reminders before scheduled cleaning appointments
• Booking confirmations — confirmation that your appointment has been scheduled
• Service updates — notifications about scheduling changes or service status
• Follow-up communications — post-service messages regarding your cleaning
• Promotional messages — special offers and discounts (only sent if you separately opt in to marketing messages)

By providing your phone number through our website contact form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive these SMS text messages from Cajazeira's Cleaning Services.

Section 04

Booking & Cancellation Policy

When you book a cleaning service with us, you agree to the following:

• Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation via phone, email, or SMS.
• Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Access to Property: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home or business at the scheduled time.
• No Contracts: We do not require long-term contracts. Services may be discontinued at any time by either party.

Section 05

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices may vary depending on the size of the property, type of service, and frequency.
• We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.
• Returned or failed payments may be subject to an additional processing fee.

Section 06

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

Cajazeira's Cleaning Services is fully insured. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property.
• Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the service rendered.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

We take great care with your belongings. Please inform us of any fragile or valuable items prior to your cleaning appointment.

Section 08

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, we ask that clients:

• Secure or remove pets from areas being cleaned.
• Pick up personal items, clothing, or clutter from surfaces before our team arrives.
• Ensure our team has safe access to water and electricity during the cleaning.
• Inform us of any specific cleaning requirements, allergies, or product preferences in advance.

Section 09

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts.

Section 11

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
